As the title suggests, Mark Cooper Jones is a geography teacher. Treating the stage like a classroom and sharing stories from his career, his show is relatable for anyone who has ever been to school - ergo, all of us.

On arrival, we stand and call him 'Sir'. We're rewarded for our good behaviour with hilarious quips, smoothly linked together by this extremely likeable and down-to-earth comedian.

The location of his show doesn't work in his favour, sounds from the show next door drifting into his, however Cooper Jones's amusing tales are strong enough to overcome distraction: from having to dress as Shakespeare for a day, to dealing with smelly children, he really shines and the audience is hooked from the start.

Ending on a quiz of countries and their capitals, this is a hilarious trip down the memory lane of geography lessons. It could potentially come across as patronising, but Cooper Jones avoids this trap, not taking himself too seriously.
