Sanaa Artist Talk - The Art of Social Change

The Sanaa multi-arts festival returns for its fourth year, welcoming new creatives from different regions of Africa! Hosted by Adelaide local Stephen Tongun, join us for an artist talk followed by the official Exhibition Opening, as we hear from our visiting African artists who will share their artistic journey, how they use their art form to positively impact their communities back home, and the changing face of contemporary art in Africa. Sanaa: A better world through creativity, promote the power of art and creativity and its capacity to bridge cultural gaps. Using street art, performance, workshops, visual art and story-telling, we harness the talents of Australian and international artists as cultural advocates, who encourage greater social cohesion through creative expression
